A Friendly staff, clean, relaxing rooms

The Hilton Garden Inn in Great Falls impresses with its cleanliness and comfortable beds. I appreciated the adjustable blackout curtains in my King Room. The location was really convenient, with access to local attractions. Breakfast was a standout. Made-to-order omelettes were a highlight but could use more variety. Some issues arose with housekeeping. I had to remind the front desk about my late checkout request, overlooked initially. The pool area wasn't very clean, with some dirt and bugs noted. This hotel feels well-designed for soundproofing.

A very comfortable setting. Friendly service all around. Special attention to fresh food,eg. Fresh cut salads, not from packaged salads.

Thought the breakfast should have been included in the price. $10.95 was expensive for the breakfast considering what we could have gotten /paid if we had driven to a restaurant.

I stayed for three nights while visiting the nearby C M Russell Museum and appreciated the clean room that had a lovely view. The late checkout option was convenient, but I had to remind them to ensure housekeeping was informed. A pleasant stay with room for improvement in communication regarding checkout.

Our room was well-appointed and great-sized equipped with microwave, a fireplace and a jet tub, paid US$ 165. The location was magnificent and amazing, next to Great Falls, Montana, and restaurants and shopping.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was well-appointed and reasonably large and the bed was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were decent and excellent throughout of our stay. Tbh, had a real good stay for a Montana vacation.

Breakfast timing was inconsistent, but the atmosphere and rooms made up for it.

The spa tub didn't hold water!!! Cold water in the tub did not work, uncomfortable room lighting, and various room maintenance issues could use improvement!!! Noise disturbances from the wind whistling in the window were irritating!!!

The made-to-order breakfast was one of the best I have experienced at any Hilton hotel, making mornings a delight.

The hotel's proximity to downtown was a bit further than expected, requiring a short drive to reach local attractions.

We stayed 2 nights & our room did not get cleaned or restocked (towels, etc) between nights

It is a cute hotel with spacious King Rooms with good lighting and a large work desk, and a good breakfast with made-to-order options.

Not recommend it for cost-conscious

The staff were friendly , especially the front desk who helped me with some requests. The pool area was nice and was good.

It wasn't cheap , but still acceptable.

The adjustable blackout curtains in my room made for solid sleep, too!
